I’m trying to upload a PDF with Uploadcare both with it integrated on our site and also through the Upload dash. Both aren’t letting me upload a PDF but will let me upload a basic jpg or png. I update my card info to verify my account so its not that…

Thanks for reaching out! There are many reasons why a file upload may fail. You can check the exact error response from our API through developer tools (network section) or via the log explorer in the dashboard. If this doesn’t help, please contact us at help@uploadcare.com and provide your public key so we can investigate this further.
