Image Shrink Intermittently Not Working

My image-shrink is set to 800x600 which outputs to a jpeg format. Occasionly it doesn’t shrink images and outputs a .heic format. Anyone else experiencing this?

This is happening on a Samsung SM-A716U phone and Samsung G781V phone on a chrome browser (PWA - added to Home Screen) and also on a Samsung Browser (PWA as well)

Notes:

  • original size: 3024x4032
  • color space: RGB

Turns out there was an issue when a photo was taken on an iphone, shared with a samsung, and then uploaded on androi app (on samsung).

Issue resolved. Excellent customer support - thank you!
