File Uploader Button Missing on Pro Plan – Unable to Adjust Max Allowed Files

Hi Uploadcare Community,

I’m currently on the Pro plan and have successfully integrated the Uploadcare widget into my form. The upload functionality works as expected, but I am unable to see the file Uploader -button in the menu of my interface.

This is causing a problem because I cannot access the settings to change the maximum allowed number of files. I’ve gone through the documentation and settings but couldn’t find anything addressing this issue.

Has anyone experienced this before? How can I enable the file Uploader -button to access and adjust these settings?

Any help be greatly appreciated!

Hello Ahmed. Arch here from Uploadcare.

You should configure your Uploader through the code you’ve used to integrate it. The option you’re looking for is multiple. See this doc for the details.
Another option is that you can share your code here so we could adjust it.
