Sales Development Representative

Uploadcare is looking for an experienced Sales Development Rep

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to lead our outbound lead generation efforts and convert the continually growing user base into a new MRR! You will work directly with the Uploadcare’s Account Executive and will be responsible for lead generation and setting up appointments for the sales team.

Activities will include account research as well as organizing of existing leads. You should demonstrate enthusiasm and work well with a team. This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, organization ability and work ethic. A positive attitude, creativity and persistence applied to researching.

We help Online Retail, E-learning, and telehealth to increase their revenue. Our journey started nine years ago, and we currently work with various businesses from across the world like Mozilla, StackShare, PandaDoc, and Prezly.

What you’ll do

  • Coop with the sales team to devise sales campaigns, identify target groups, and generate qualified leads;
  • Talk with our users and schedule web calls for both inbound and outbound leads;
  • Set goals for a data researcher to identify and find decision makers and their contact info;
  • Write outbound marketing emails and LinkedIn cadences;
  • Run target outreach campaigns: initial outreach, qualification, appointment setting;
  • Sales administration support including updates to CRM, report preparation, document presentation review, meeting coordination;
  • Identify sales opportunities and contact points;
  • Set up and verify sales appointments and web calls;
  • Collaborate with colleagues using Hubspot, Calendly, and other sales tools.


  • Excellent written and communication skills;
  • Independent, intelligent and fast learner who wants to constantly improve knowledge on current technology and grow as a professional;
  • Ability to dive deep into data, find meaning and deliver outcome;
  • 2+ years of experience int outbound lead generation, customer support or sales data research position in a SAAS company ;
  • Previous experience with selling Developer Tools will be a great plus.
